- All return bikes are subject to a 20% restocking fee during the 30-day period.
- You may be subject to shipping fees if you go against policy and choose to ship the bike back before any issues are diagnosed and fixed.
Warranty
- Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle comes with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.
- This warranty does not include damages, malfunctions, add-ons or alterations made by the consumer.
- It is important that you register your new bicycle within 30 days after purchase in order to activate the warranty and provide a record of the serial number of your bike.
