GlareWheel Warranty & Return Policy
This Warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- LED light
- Defects appearing in the course of commercial use
- Damage resulting from abuse/misuse of the product
Any warranted product which is defective in original materials or workmanship and is delivered by the original owner-purchaser (this warranty is non-transferrable) to GlareWheel MUST be accompanied by the original receipt for purchase ( or copy) from an Authorized GlareWheel Retailer, will at the discretion of GlareWheel, be repaired or replaced, without charge for parts or labor. In the event the defective product cannot be repaired, and a suitable replacement is not available, GlareWheel will offer to replace the product with a comparable model (determined by GlareWheel), if available. In the event a comparable model is not available the customer will be refunded the original purchase price(requires proof of purchase from the Authorized GlareWheel Retailer it was originally purchased). Any products on which warranty service is sought must be sent freight or postage prepaid( GlareWheel will refuse any package when postage is due).
Transportation and shipping charges are not covered as part of this warranty.
NOTE: Products that require service that do not have a receipt from an GlareWheel Authorized Retailer will be required to pay for all parts required to repair the product(labor will not incur a charge) providing the product is not older than one years from date of manufacture and is within half year from date of purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt is required.
In no event shall GlareWheel be held liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow the exlusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exlusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to sate.
Instruction for Obtaining Service
If service for this GlareWheel product is required, first write to GlareWheel service, email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have the product UPC number, the date of original purchase, the dealer where the item was purchased and what seems to be the problem. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to ensure your merchandise will be properly tracked and handled upon receipt at GlareWheel.
Once you have your Return Authorization number(RA) , make sure the item is packed in its original foam inner container which is placed inside the original outer display box(this will help prevent damage during shipping and handling). This shipment MUST be prepaid and we recommend that it be insured with the carrier of your choice.
Please make sure you have followed all of the above instructions carefully before retuning any merchandise for service. You may choose to have your product repaired by one of Monster Wheel’s Authorized Service Sations after its warranty has expired. A reasonable service fee should be expected once the product warranty has expired.
You MUST present your DATED SALES RECEIPT when requesting warranty service.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Product with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any new and unused product purchased from GlareWheelcan be returned within 30 days for a full refund (to original method of payment) minus any shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring that the product arrives undamaged. Products returned in lightly used condition or without original packaging will not qualify for a return and can be charged a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org DO NOT ship your item without a RMA#
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please email us get RMA#
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
